Croda prides itself on delivering excellent service to its customers and as part of this commitment, we are looking to recruit a Global Process Owner to identify and implement improvements in our end-to-end supply chain planning processes. You will have a high level of autonomy to develop, improve and standardise global business processes and own software tools across the Demand to Supply process. You will be responsible for gaining cross-functional business alignment to deliver an efficient and resilient supply chain which is able to manage disruption and support optimal decision making throughout the planning process. The initial focus of the role will be technical and business process design to support Crodas SAP S/4HANA transformation, as well as delivering the S&OP improvement roadmap. This is an opportunity for someone who is passionate about supply chain excellence to network globally and empower users by providing advice, guidance and mentoring to regional supply chain teams. In this role you will manage cross-functional, regional and sector expectations on objectives, KPIs and success criteria for operating an effective supply chain that is business led and regionally delivered. You will develop and implement global procedures, training and performance monitoring to drive a formalised continuous improvement cycle that includes people, process, data and technology.
