We are currently seeking a highly skilled Producer to lead the development of Style 2 Avatars. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic thinker with exceptional communication and organisational skills to play a pivotal role in streamlining processes and enhancing team efficiency to achieve project goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire production lifecycle for Style 2 Avatars, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to our quality standards.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including artists, designers, technical partners, and Art Managers, to define project scopes, goals, and deliverables.
  • Develop detailed project schedules and work plans, monitor progress, and make necessary adjustments to meet changing needs and requirements.
  • Manage communications and ensure seamless workflow between internal teams and external partners, maintaining alignment with project objectives and milestones.
  • Proactively identify and address potential issues, devising effective solutions to mitigate project risks.
  • Conduct regular project meetings to review progress, exchange updates, and collect feedback from all stakeholders involved.
  • Prepare detailed reports for senior management and stakeholders, showcasing project status and outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management or a related field is required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a production role within the gaming or technology sectors, with a strong portfolio of successfully managed projects.
  • Strong knowledge of the creative and technical processes involved in digital avatar production.
  • Outstanding organisational, time management, and leadership skills, with a knack for fostering high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at negotiation and managing diverse stakeholder expectations.
  • Proficiency in using project management software, Google Sheets/Docs, and other relevant tools.
  • Ability to perform well in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
