You’ll need to be...

  • An excellent communicator. Specifically where stakeholder engagement is concerned. You'll possess the ability to influence, shape and set clear expectations, also realigning where needed.
  • Clear in your reporting, ensuring all stakeholders are well informed and up to date with progress, challenges and timescales.
  • Experienced in non-functional testing methodologies with a clear track record of delivering within performance engineering
  • Able to lead the co-ordination and assurance of non-functional testing across the delivery of multiple projects with a focus on scheduling.
  • Experienced in working across hardware and software architecture, databases, networks, and operating systems.
  • Experienced in dealing with supplier contracts and technical proposal writing (RFCs).
