Job Title: Director - Real Estate Finance
Job Type: Permanent/Full Time/Onsite
The Director - Real Estate Finance, is responsible for structuring debt and equity on commercial, development, and residential investment transactions. The role involves servicing clients’ real estate financing needs, and supporting the growth and strategy of Arc & Co.’s Structured Finance department.
Structure debt and equity for commercial, development, and residential investment transactions
Maintain deep knowledge of markets, competitors, and the wider financial industry
Minimum 7 years’ experience in real estate
Understanding of the Real Estate Finance Market
Proficient in financial modelling in Excel
Experience building trust and implementing structure within teams
