Position: Residential Property Solicitor
Our client is a modern, ambitious, and dynamic Law Firm with a broad presence across various locations. Committed to providing comprehensive legal solutions, they take pride in their growing team and the diverse range of services they offer to their clients.

Advise clients on all aspects of freehold and leasehold residential property transactions.
- Manage a varied caseload, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity, new builds, right to buy, and shared ownership purchases.
- Handle residential property transactions from initial instruction to completion.
- Provide support to the Residential Property team and assist the head of the department in departmental growth and development.
- Proactively seek and secure business leads, contributing to the marketing efforts of the Residential Property department.
- Ability to handle a range of residential property transactions from initial instruction to completion.
- Experience in managing a varied and busy caseload, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity, new builds, right to buy, and shared ownership purchases.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with clients, estate agents, and other relevant parties.
