- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen area
- Collaborate with management to develop cost-effective menus while maintaining high-quality standards
- Manage food waste and control costs to meet budgetary guidelines
- Oversee the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
Proven experience as a Chef or similar role in a restaurant or culinary establishment
- Strong knowledge of food production techniques, culinary trends, and best practices
- Leadership abilities with experience in supervising and training kitchen staff
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
