As a Reservations Agent, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless booking experiences for our guests, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the success of our restaurants. Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming reservation inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and efficiency Assist guests with booking arrangements, including table reservations, private dining requests, and special occasions Utilize the SevenRooms booking system to manage reservations and guest preferences effectively Maintain accurate records of reservations, special requests, and guest information Collaborate with restaurant staff to ensure smooth seating arrangements and accommodate guest preferences Provide information about our restaurants, menus, and promotions to guests Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner Requirements: Fluent English language skills, both verbal and written. Excellent phone manner and communication skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. Preferably experience with email communication and the SevenRooms booking system. Previous experience in a hospitality-related role is highly desirable Demonstrated commitment to delivering excellent customer service
