Role Overview: As a Joinery Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of joinery projects from inception to completion. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and leadership abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage joinery projects from planning through to completion.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure project specifications and deadlines are met.
- Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Ensure all work complies with industry standards and health and safety regulations.
- Lead and mentor a team of joiners, ensuring high standards of workmanship and productivity.
- Monitor project progress, identify any issues, and implement solutions promptly.
