US Business Development Director - HR Tech (Remote)
Horsefly Analytics is on the look-out for a dynamic and well-connected Business Development Director to lead our expansion efforts in the United States. As a remote role, you'll have the opportunity to shape the future of our US team, starting as an individual contributor and evolving into a leadership role as we build a powerhouse team around you.

We need a self-starter, an entrepreneurial spirit, and an HR Tech aficionado who thrives in an ever-evolving environment. If you have an extensive network within HR leadership circles in Enterprise brands, a proven track record of generating new business opportunities, and the knack for sealing deals, we want to hear from you
As the Business Development Director, you will :
Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities within the enterprise sector and target markets.
Own the entire sales clycle from lead inception to close, including business development, ability to deliver persuasive sales pitches, and engage in product demos.
Demonstrate a keen ability to understand clients' workforce planning and talent acquisition challenges, presenting innovative solutions through storytelling and consultative discussions.
Cultivate and sustain a robust network of industry influencers and partners to bolster our business development efforts.
Act as the voice of our largest customers, regularly sharing feedback with our internal teams, including product development, customer success, and marketing.
Preferred experience in HR Tech, specifically within talent acquisition, workforce planning, or data-centric solutions.
This role is remote, but may require occasional travel for events and client meetings.
A valid US work permit is mandatory.
