IT Director

Are you a talented IT professional with a background in development and a passion for innovation? We are seeking an IT Director to join our Senior team in the health and legal sectors. This is an exciting opportunity to lead our IT department and drive technology solutions that enhance our business operations.
Reporting to the Premex Group MD, you will lead a team of 50 supported by 5 direct reports - Heads of Technical Delivery, Portfolio, Service Delivery, Infrastructure and Data. You will be a pivotal player in the senior management team working with Board colleagues to implement UK strategy and liaising with ExamWorks global colleagues to ensure a consistent approach to technology.

Translate business needs into system solutions making maximum use of available tools while ensuring longer term supportability and future-proofing of the architecture
- Establish and measure technology performance relative to cost, value creation and customer satisfaction
- Participate actively across the Executive and Senior Team
- Provide strategic guidance on technology investments and advancements.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and industry standards.
- Ensure effective IT delivery that meets business requirements and enhances operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand IT needs and priorities, while also pushing back when necessary to ensure optimal solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to drive successful IT initiatives and projects.
- Proven experience in IT Infrastructure and management.
- Ability to challenge the status quo at a senior level
- Strong background in software development and project management.
- Office based, you will be visible and lead from the front and foster great relationships with your team
- Strategic mindset with the ability to align IT initiatives with business goals.

Knowledge of industry best practices in legacy systems management and IT delivery.
- Experience in managing and optimising IT systems and infrastructure.
- Knowledge of data security and compliance regulations.
