We are currently recruiting for a residential primary school that caters to pupils aged 5 to 11 years old. Currently, all of their pupils are boys - they board at the school from Monday to Friday during term time.

As an SEN Teacher at the school, you will play a crucial role in helping children who have disengaged from school and learning. Their small classes, with a maximum of ten pupils, allow them to maintain clear boundaries and provide age-appropriate learning tasks. Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to the needs of individual students Collaborate with teaching assistants and support staff to create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment Monitor student progress, assess their needs, and adapt teaching methods accordingly Foster positive relationships with students, families, and carers Encourage self-help skills and age-appropriate responsibilities among students Participate in school activities and contribute to the overall well-being of our students
