Multi Trade Operative (Voids) Birmingham- Mobile (very regional) £32,000 + bonus + Vehicle + 24 days holiday +BH Your new company * A commercial and domestic service provider, looking after voids, repairs, and maintenance on social housing properties in Birmingham. Your new role - Multi Trade Operative- Voids

  • Working Mon – Fri, in a mobile role across domestic social housing covering North, West or East Birmingham- Voids Properties
  • Doing repairs that are multi-skilled including basic painting, decorating, carpentry, plumbing, etc
What you'll need to succeed
  • Previously done a multi-trade role for social housing
  • Must live within a commutable distance of Birmingham
  • Full UK Driving License
  • Would pass a DBS
