Chartered Quantity Surveyor

London; Private Sector projects

Circa up to £70,000 per annum plus a bonus up to 20% and a flexi benefits package

We are working EXCLUSIVELY with a leading consultancy in the UK. They are about to undergo a period of growth and now looking for ambitious quantity surveyors who can work autonomously and within a team. Route to Director is genuinely achievable in the next 18 months for the right person.

Our client are an SME, independent consultancy who are classed as one of the best in the country. They work on private sector projects, ranging anything up to hundreds of millions of pounds. They pride themselves on being a SME and want everyone to succeed within their business, through providing in class training, and the ability to mentor more senior members of staff. They have clear and genuinely reachable goals, which then help you to move up the ranks- they class themselves as a ‘Training Business’ so they invest in you to get the best possible outcomes.

What they ideally want:

They ideally are looking for a Quantity Surveyor who has worked within a consultancy environment and is ready to get stuck into their existing projects. They have a impressive fund monitoring side to the company, which if of interest, you would have the opportunity to be involved in. Essentially, they are looking for people with analytical brains who have a passion for Quantity Surveying and wanting to work in an environment where you are trusted and pushed to be the best you can possibly be.

Our client will acknowledge all applications, however, they are ideally looking for the below:

  • Consultancy background
  • 4 years Quantity Surveying experience
  • Experience working on private sector projects
  • MRICS
  • Ability to work amongst a team and individually when required
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Comfortable in a client-facing environment
  • Relevant university degree
  • Right to work in the UK

On offer for this role is a basic salary of up to £70,000 per annum plus a flexible benefits package, including pension, holidays and healthcare.
