This Administrator position is ongoing temporary with the possibility of going permanent. The role is based in Milton Keynes, but will eventually relocate to Bedford, so would you be happy relocating? The role As the Administrator you will: Log new and existing customers bookings on to a bespoke customer portal and CRM systems Complete supplier and customer documentation forms, Assisting with requests for documents Arrange or reschedule jobs where necessary communicating with the customer Answer the telephone and provide assistant, pass to the correct department and take clear and precise messages Assist with general administration dutiesYou This Administrator role would ideally suit: An individual with huge drive, who will assist in the company's growth Someone who is able to adapt quickly, who can take on responsibilities and communicate effective, in person, on the telephone and by email Have a can do attitude, who can adapt and work within deadlines Great customer service skills, a good telephone manner and able to communicate effectively.Benefits Salary offered - £25000 increasing to £28000 after probation Monday to Friday 8.45am to 5.00pm Bonus Scheme and Commission Paid Private medical insurance Company events Company pension Free on-site parkingIf you would like to be consider for this amazing Administrator role, please APPLY TODAY Please note that no terminology in this advert is intended to discriminate on the grounds of a person's gender, marital status, race, religion, colour, age, disability or sexual orientation.
