About Hunza G

Hunza G was originally born in 1984, known then only as Hunza under the direction of Peter Meadows who created its signature, unique crinkle-stretch fabrication and high-cut leggy designs. Hunza became instantly recognisable in the 90’s after being worn by Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman. In 2015, Hunza added the G when Georgiana Huddart re-launched the brand and became Creative Director after having an obsession with the fabrics throughout her 20’s. With modern nostalgia at its core, Hunza G has grown to become an iconic brand synonymous with the sunshine.

The role

You will be responsible for the day-to-day administration for all key areas of the digital department, including Ecommerce, Digital Marketing and CRM functions. A varied remit, your main priority will be to allow the smooth operation of the digital function; owning product upload, site merchandising, asset briefing, photoshoot delivery and supporting the Digital Manager with reporting, development delivery and CRM functions.

Key responsibilities

  • Work with the relevant internal teams to launch product onsite inline with marketing and commercial calendar, collating all relevant product information and reporting progress.
  • Merchandise the site in line with marketing and commercial calendar, updating site to capture demand effectively and ensure alignment with digital marketing channels.
  • Work with creative team to brief in all digital asset requirements for onsite, digital marketing and CRM touchpoints.
  • Work with external agency to ensure product copy is optimised for SEO.
  • Own ecommerce photoshoots (model & still life), working with key stakeholders to ensure the product is optimised to capture demand.
  • Support the Digital Manager with trade and ad hoc performance reporting.
  • Support the Digital Manager with delivery of development roadmap.
  • Support the Digital Manager with delivering CRM and Loyalty program performance.

· Perform regular site and competitor analysis to ensure consistency, accuracy and expected functionality, reporting any technical issues where necessary.

· Support Digital Manager with operational initiatives.

· Liaise with Customer Service Executive on overarching customer service processes.

· Support the Digital Manager on any other business as required.

The ideal candidate

 

· Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.

· Commercial experience in a retail environment preferred.

· Experience of working on a fashion or beauty website desired.

· Experience within an E-commerce Product Marketing, VM, Trade or Marketing role – desirable.

· Experience with Shopify Plus desirable.

· An organised individual with ability to manage and prioritise workload.

· Team player with strong written and verbal communication skills.

· Keen eye for detail and strives for high levels of accuracy.

· Positive approach to problem solving whilst working to tight deadlines.

· Ability to maintain a positive attitude whilst multi-tasking.

· Confident numerical and analytical skills.
