Job Description:

As a Backend Developer at AEXT, you will contribute to the development and maintenance of our core systems and infrastructure. Working closely with our team of developers and designers, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing scalable backend solutions to support our VR platform. This role is hybrid, therefore you will be required to come to our London office once a week minimum.

Responsibilities:

  • Optimise backend code for performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Write clean, maintainable code following best practices and coding standards, as well as maintaince of code on GitHub

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge in VR, NFTs, AI and Blockchain and willingness to learn
  • Proven experience as a backend developer, proficient in at least one backend programming language.
  • Strong understanding of web technologies, including RESTful APIs, protocols, and JSON.
