Working exclusively with a multi-site services organisation on a buy and build growth strategy to recruit a Financial Controller. This services organisation is cash rich, ahead of their ebitda expectations and are looking to double in size within the next 2-3 years via acquisition. Having already acquired numerous firms in their sector, they are now recruiting for a Group Financial Controller (hybrid role) based in Kettering. As Financial Controller reporting to the CFO based in Kettering (hybrid) you will: Manage 11 people Support with all AR/AP/Tax/Audit & Month end duties Help to integrate legacy systems Be heavily involved in a future ERP integration - netsuite Own integrating future acquisitions Grow and build a finance function able to deal with fast growth The most desirable Financial Controller applicant will be a: Proven leader of people Qualified finance professional with substanial experiance Proven systems expert Ambitious character to match the organisations goals Problem solver Individual that relishes a challenge This organisation has experienced meteoric growth in 2024 & 2025, with further guaranteed growth for 2026.
