- Writing : Drafting and distributing press releases and expert articles.
- Media Relations : Building and maintaining relationships with media, managing sell-ins, and liaising with journalists.
- Strategic Planning : Assisting in the delivery of strategies and campaigns, and bringing fresh ideas to enhance our work.
- Team Leadership : Delegating tasks to junior team members and supporting their professional growth.
- Digital Communications : Turning press assets into content for web and social media.
- Event Coordination : Organising media competitions, press stays, and briefings.
- Reporting : Preparing weekly and monthly reports to showcase our hard work and results.

- Excellent Writing Skills : A must-have for this role, as writing is central to everything we do.
- Sector Interest : A curiosity about our core sectors, particularly hospitality and care, is beneficial.

Terms & Conditions:
- Salary : Starting at £27,000 per annum.
- Working Arrangements : Hybrid working model with Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday in the office, and Thursday and Friday working from home.
