This role is working the first 3 months through Prime Appointments, after a successful probationary period a permanent contract will be offered, this will include an increase in hourly rate along with entering the companies bonus scheme.

The duties of the Factory Operative;
Assisting with loading and unloading of machinery
Bringing product from the Yard for Manufacturing
Feeding product through to production
The ideal Factory Operative;
Previous experience in a Manufacturing and Production environment
Looking for a permanent role
Available immediately for work
44ph starting rate - rising to 12 + once permanent
Bonus schemes and company share profits once permanent
Lots of overtime available at enhanced rates
