As a Solutions Architect, you will define and shape the technology strategy that underpins our business transformation. This role goes beyond designing systems, it ensures every solution aligns with enterprise architecture principles, business priorities, and development standards to deliver measurable outcomes. Supporting Projects and Product Enhancements throughout the development and delivery lifecycle
Assisting in Incident/Problem management, Root Cause Analysis and definition of solutions
Working closely with the engineering team(s) - encouraging continuous improvement in the development, build, test and maintenance of the system
Proven experience (5+ years) as a Solution Architect across diverse technologies (e.g., Java/Spring, .NET, JavaScript, microservices, containers, databases, cloud).
Expert in full lifecycle delivery - design, development, testing, and deployment using modern tools and frameworks.
Agile mindset - experience with Agile methodologies (ideally SAFe).
Strong multitasker - able to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
