Mobile Fabric Engineer
Location: This is a field based, mobile position covering the Portsmouth area.
Salary: The salary is based between £24,960 to £35,650. The salary on offer that is made will be dependant upon the candidate`s qualifications and experience.
We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic tradespeople to join our growing engineering family, working in a challenging and diverse role where no two days are the same. Our skilled engineers provide mobile delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.
In your new role as a Mobile Fabric Engineer you will be responsible for undertaking all building fabric activities such as patch repairs, minor plumbing and carpentry, painting and decorating all to the highest level of service for the client.
You will have a full current driving licence, be IT literate for record keeping, have good customer service skills, be physically able to carry out the fuller duties detailed in the job description.
You'll need to be highly self-motivated and solutions focussed with the ability to work without supervision but also enjoy working as part of a team.
The ideal candidate
- Background in facilities or mobile maintenance,
- Worked in a Construction sector or similar
- Qualified to either Level 2/3 City and Guilds.
