Regional Sales Manager – Framework - South Region

Here at Brakes we’ve got ambitious growth plans so if you want to be a part shaping the future of our Framework business, leading a team at the cutting edge of foodservicetrends then we have a fantastic opportunity for a Regional Sales Manager for the South region.

Leading & inspiring a Regional Field Sales Team, you’ll support them to achieve & exceed sales, profit and margin targets, retain our customers and win new ones, whilst taking a pro-active role in devising, reviewing & revising the overall Regional Business Plan

What you’ll be doing:

  • Deliver and exceed the budget and P&L for your team and support to deliver divisional budget.
  • Support to identify and unlock SOW and New Business opportunities.
  • Develop and implement customer retention strategies that build long term contracted strategic partnerships whilst nurturing customer relationships and engagement.
  • Framework partner engagement, local and Head Office
  • Lead and develop your team to continually build and manage a profitable portfolio.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders & teams such as marketing, merchandising and Operations, to facilitate the best opportunities & outcomes for customers & growth to achieve shared KPI’s.

What we are looking for:

  • Experience of strategy/business planning development and implementation
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships at senior levels (internally & externally)
  • Experience of leading a successful team of field sales professionals with proven ability to drive results through new and existing business.
  • Commercially astute & financial effectiveness
