Real Estate Manager and Senior Manager

Based in Exeter, we focus on delivering exceptional results in property sales and lettings.
This is a full-time role for a Lettings Manager. The Lettings Manager will oversee daily operations related to property lettings, including managing landlord and tenant relationships, ensuring compliance with property regulations, and maintaining high levels of customer service. Responsibilities also include identifying new business opportunities, managing property viewings, negotiating tenancy agreements, and working collaboratively with our estate agency team to meet market demand and company goals.
Strong understanding of landlord-tenant matters and expertise in lettings
Experience in property management and estate agency operations
Proficiency in managing daily property-related tasks and ensuring regulatory compliance
Professional experience in the property sector is a plus
ARLA/Propertymark certifications or qualifications in real estate management are advantageous
