Grafton Banks Finance is working with a successful and growing international business to recruit its new Senior Group FP&A Analyst. Learn more about the general tasks related to this opportunity below, as well as required skills. This role will work closely with the Group Head of FP&A to deliver:

  • The group’s monthly Board reporting pack.
  • The group’s annual budget, quarterly forecasting updates and annual strategic 5-year plan.
  • Financial reports & analysis that enables effective decision-making.
  • Play a core role in ensuring financial IT systems and Business Intelligence tools are effective in channelling accounting data into useful business data for proper analysis.
We are looking for a qualified accountant who can demonstrate strong FP&A experience gained in large businesses. You will be excellent analytically with advanced Excel skills and will be ERP system savvy with experience of Power BI or Tagetik being useful. We are looking for someone keen to progress their career in FP&A as this role will be a succession to the Group Head of FP&A. Salary for this role is £70,000 + 5% bonus, matched pension, share incentive scheme, and 25 days holiday. It is hybrid working with 2 days per week in the clients Croydon offices.
