This is a fixed term contract until 30/06/2025, working 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday. This position is based at our UK Head Office in Andover, Hampshire; the successful candidate would be required to travel to the office 3 days per week.

Main Purpose of the Role

To deliver the Warehouse Management System solution for a regional D365 implementation, liaising with the Group and Regional IT and business teams, as well as third party partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Work directly with business partners at different levels and translate business requirements into fully documented and effective WMS solutions.

• Lead gap / fit analysis between D365 and business requirements, identifying gaps per type and criticality while proposing alternative solutions (work around, customization, ISV)

• Participate in the full project cycle implementation, including quality assurance and testing of the solution (standard, customized, ISV integrations).

• Working closely with the implementation partner to deliver the following (not limited):

o Business performance and process diagnostics and assessments

o Process and functional design activities

o Application design and architecture components

o Developing and testing detailed functional designs for business solution components and prototypes

o Application build, test, and deploy activities

o Planning and executing data conversion activities

o Test planning and execution

• Provide 2nd level support to key users, identifying problems, issues or changes and follow escalation process based on the LC Support Model.

Knowledge Required

• 5+ years ERP implementation experience in AX and D365 WMS

• Proven experience and knowledge of Supply Chain and Advanced Warehousing business processes and understanding of industry best practice

• Experience participating in the requirements gathering process for IT systems

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree: Business or Technology related BA/BS

• Dynamics 365 F&O or AX certifications

• Software development and / or PM methodology (PMI, ITIL, Prince2)

• Clear and concise oral and written communication skills

• Ability to lead people, teams and projects

• Understanding of aspects of business management and strategic evaluation

• Fluent English, additional languages would be an asset

Willing to travel 30 - 50% of the time so a full UK driving licence and valid Passport are essential.
