The Supplier Quality & Compliance Manager be responsible for ensuring that materials, components, or services procured from suppliers meet stringent quality standards.

Developing and maintaining supplier quality management processes
Managing daily supplier quality activities
Seeking and utilizing knowledge of quality systems, technologies and statistical tools.
Participating in supplier development projects and continuous improvement activities
Focusing on supplier quality, delivery and costs on a global basis.
Monitor and stay abreast of global regulatory compliance requirements
Evaluation of performance against regulatory compliance requirements
Factory QC training
Staff technical training
Willingness to travel
Developing factory capabilities
Identification of compliance criteria
People management of small team


degree and/or a recognised Quality Management qualification.
SQ experience in automotive manufacturing or in a similar industry.
in NPI and developing/managing suppliers to deliver quality requirements through the product life cycle
in quality tools and methods, including but not limited to Global 8D, Ishikawa, 5-Why, Pareto, etc.
to correctly interpret 3D CAD and 2D Drawings
to present data accurately and effectively
The main UK office is in Wolverhampton.
