If you answered yes to these questions, a brilliant opportunity is currently waiting for you to join a secondary school in Frome, in a long-term Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant position. The role is full-time from 8:15am to 3:30pm Monday to Friday and offers an excellent chance to utilize passion and enthusiasm to support special needs students' in both 1 to 1 and small group environments, as well as gaining vital hands-on experience in the SEN field. The perfect candidate will: ✨ Go above and beyond to ensure every child has the specialist care and individual support they need. Be flexible and adaptable, to ensure they tailor support to special individuals and respond effectively to a wide range of student behaviors. ️ Communicate effectively to build a cohesive relationship with teachers and ensure a trusting and insightful relationship with more complex students. Emotional intelligence is vital to SEN interactions.
