Sales Advisor
Permanent / Full - Time
Sphere Solutions has an exciting opportunity for a Sales Advisor to join an award-winning developer in Devon. Working as an integral part of the team, you will be responsible for responding to all generated sales leads.
Candidates must be willing to work weekends and travel to sites across Devon.
Successfully qualify and close sales and support the sales process through to legal completion
* Ensure show homes/sales office presentation meets departmental standards
* Proven experience meeting and exceeding sales targets
* Professional telephone manner
* Experience in a sales environment
* Excellent sales and customer service skills
* Driving license and own transport
Is a competitive salary circa £27,000, plus commission (OTE of £20,000++ if overachieving)
* benefits package including; pension, private medical, life assurance and a performance-related bonus.
