We are currently working with a reputable housebuilder based in Hertfordshire who have a fantastic opportunity within their customer care team.

The position is a for a Customer Care Coordinator who will act as first point of call for customers who have just moved into a property and those who are still within their warranty period.

Register the work on their database and allocate suitable trades.
Telephone customers once work has been carried out to identify whether work complete to customers satisfaction or whether any associated work needs to be carried out.
Provide administration support for the Department
Assist in the liaising between sub-contractors and the Division to ensure maintenance requests are carried out
Suitable candidates must have experience of working in a customer serviced based role and ideally you will have worked within the construction or house building industry.

Excellent customer service skills
Proficient IT skills along with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and outlook)

This would be an immediate start paying the equivalent to £28k- £32,500 on a day rate.

Previous experience in the housing industry is desirable but not essential. If you are experienced in Customer Care and pride yourself on delivering an excellent customer experience please apply today
