We are searching for a qualified Dispensing Optician to join our vibrant team within our Reading practice. This is a Full Time position which will consist of 5 days a week which may include working Saturdays.

You will be one of the clinical leads for our patients' journeys, delivering a unique and personalised patient experience. As a Leightons team member, you’ll have unlimited access to the Leightons Learning Academy. Not only this, but you’ll be entering a sphere of development; both clinically and professionally.

It goes without saying that our Dispensing Opticians are the beating heart of our branches, ensuring quality patient care by guaranteeing that each store has adequate and correct stock, specific to their clientele.

Am I suitable?

This is an ideal position for a fully qualified Dispensing Optician with strong communication skills, searching for a brand that values quality over quantity, meaning our DO’s need to be engaging, motivated, and able to work with customers on a consultative basis. Our one requirement is that you are registered with the GOC.
