Electrician - Commercial Facilities Maintenance- Public Sector- Permanent- Barnsley- £34k Your new company
A large public sector organisation is looking for an Electrical Maintenance Technician to join their maintenance team on a permanent basis. You will be expected to work independently and as part of a team to operate within a busy commercial estate in Barnsley.Shift work with the following pattern:
Occasional on-call and overtime also required)
The client will require a DBS check before a start.
£34,000 basic salary plus on call and call out bonuses, which could increase earnings up to £39,000
You will use your Electrical Engineering skills to carry out proactive planned maintenance of ventilation, heating, cooling, building management, medical gas, steam raising, and nurse call systems. To have completed a full, recognised electrical apprenticeship.
• To hold a BTEC NVQ Level 3/ONC/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent City & Guilds qualification.
• Team worker, self-motivated and flexible.
• Hold a full valid driving license.
Resuscitation/First Aid Training.
• Infection Control Awareness Training.
