We just closed one of Europe’s largest consumer seed rounds in 2024, led by some of the world's most reputable VCs and global celebrities. We are looking for an experienced Head of Sales for the UK to lead our go-to-market (GTM) strategy and scale our presence rapidly, starting in London. Growing brand awareness alongside the shelf-presence of strategic retailers and access to NOAT via q-commerce platforms throughout the UK.

Leverage existing distributor relationships and networks to introduce NOAT products to strategic retailers, and q-commerce partners.
Drive the end-to-end process of getting our products listed and stocked in key retail outlets and ensuring a strong omnichannel presence online & offline.
Act as the primary point of contact for all UK market activities and manage all accounts.
Operate autonomously with minimal supervision, delivering results and driving growth.
Identify new opportunities for growth and expansion in the UK.
Lead business development efforts, including prospecting, negotiation, and contract closure, to expand our customer base and market share.
Implement best practices and compliance standards to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies.

Establish initial contact with key distributors and retail partners. Secure agreements with major distributors and get initial listings with key retail partners. Successfully launch NOAT in major UK retail outlets. Monitor sales performance, gather customer feedback, and adjust strategies as needed.
A strong network of contacts within the UK retail and distribution sectors.
FMCG experience is a plus
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Deep understanding of the UK retail landscape.
Creative, forward-thinking with a proactive approach to market entry and growth.
Ability to work autonomously while achieving high levels of performance.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in market strategy, distribution, or a related field preferred, but not required.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
