We are looking for a Senior Environmental Psychologist to join our growing team and help shape human-centred environments across a wide range of sectors. This is an opportunity to bring behavioural science into some of the most exciting and influential projects globally.


As a Senior Environmental Psychologist, you will bridge psychology and design, turning research into actionable strategies that influence how people experience the spaces around them. You will work closely with an interdisciplinary team of consultants and designers from concept through implementation, ensuring that every space we create supports the people who use it
.This is a hands-on, high-impact position where your expertise will drive real-world outcomes in wellbeing, behaviour, and performance .

Analyse project briefs and extract key psychological insights
Lead research on workplace behaviour, wellbeing, and neuroarchitecture
Translate findings from interviews, surveys, and behavioural mapping into design strategies
Advise on inclusive, neurodivergent-friendly, and wellbeing-focused environments
MA in Environmental Psychology, Behavioural Science, or a related field
Around 4+ years applying psychological insights to the built environment
Skilled in behavioural research methods, data analysis, and communicating complex ideas
You will work on projects that set new standards for the workplace, in a collaborative and creative environment that supports your growth. Here, your work will directly shape environments that improve wellbeing and performance for thousands of people worldwide.
