Organization: Mercor Position: Prompt Academy Fellowship Referral Partner: Crossing Hurdles Type: Fellowship Compensation: $50–$150 (one-time payment) Location: Remote Commitment: ~4 hours Role Responsibilities Participate in a paid, 4-hour instructional fellowship to master “Prompt Engineering” and “Adversarial Testing.” Learn to apply the “Context, Clarity, Constraint” framework to design precise, high-impact prompts. Develop skills to identify and induce reasoning errors in advanced AI models like ChatGPT and Gemini. Complete interactive modules that teach you to differentiate between retrieval mistakes and logical reasoning failures. Successfully finish the academy assessments to become eligible for Mercor’s expert-level AI training projects. Requirements Strong domain expertise in any field (e.g., finance, engineering, medicine, humanities, creative writing, or education). Ability to distinguish between surface-level responses and deep expert reasoning in your discipline. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Curiosity and interest in exploring the boundaries of AI capabilities. No paid AI tools required; all work can be completed using free, public resources.
