Operations Manager/Senior Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced Operations Manager to take responsibility for the day-to-day management of a commercial building in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the building's engineering infrastructure, managing a team of engineers and technicians, The Company prides itself on providing quality service from the best team of qualified engineers and technicians.

Manage a team of engineers and technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure the highest levels of performance and productivity.

* Work closely with the Facilities Manager to develop and implement maintenance schedules, ensuring that all equipment is serviced and maintained to the highest standards.

* Ensure the smooth running of the building's engineering infrastructure, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing and fire systems.

* Ensure that all engineering works are carried out to the highest standards, in compliance with industry regulations and best practices.

Strong technical knowledge across a range of engineering disciplines, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing and fire systems.

* Demonstrable experience in a similar Engineering Manager role, ideally within a commercial building environment.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with tenants, contractors and other stakeholders.

* Adhere to companies high performance culture and promote this within the working environment
