Orange Business is seeking a skilled Global Privacy Expert to join our team and ensure compliance with data protection laws across our global operations.

As the Global Privacy Expert, you will have a unique opportunity to work closely with our Chief Data Protection Officer and play a pivotal role in implementing and supervising our data protection program.

Your expertise will be crucial in guiding our organization towards maintaining the highest standards of privacy.

About the role

  • Participate in the deployment and continuous improvement of our data protection program, ensuring compliance with European and national laws, where Orange Business is established.
  • Educate and advise internal stakeholders on personal data protection principles and guidelines.
  • Develop and implement policies, processes, and procedures to enhance data protection practices.
  • Review privacy risk assessments and provide recommendations.
  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of records of processing activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with local data protection laws.
  • Contribute to the design and delivery of training programs on data protection.
  • Contribute to the design and update of awareness information.
  • Monitor and address personal data incidents, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Liaise with supervisory authorities, as necessary.

About you

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a B2B company.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in personal data protection.
  • Ability to translate legal requirements into practical operational positions.
  • Strong understanding of ICT services and operational activities.
  • Law degree or qualified lawyer status is mandatory.
  • Relevant data protection certifications (CIPM / CIPE) would be advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a dynamic, evolving environment.
  • Fluency in both French and English is mandatory.
