We specialise in hiring for third-party companies across the IT, Engineering and Technology sectors in Europe, providing professional employment assistance to external organisations. Our London team are currently looking to expand as we look to further grow our presence within the EU markets, therefore we are looking to recruit multiple consultants into our Trainee Recruitment Consultant programme. We are looking for ambitious and driven consultants to join the team, where you will be trained up from scratch to become a specialist recruiter in your market, no experience required

When working in our team, you’ll be able to experience the freedom of having autonomy over your career with the help of some of the most successful managers in the company. Massvie earning potential : industry leading, unrivalled, and uncapped commission structure produces OTEs of 35K-40K in year 1, 50-60K in year 2 and 100K+ in year 3 onwards (£26,500 base).

~ As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will focus on the whole recruitment process from start to finish. Whether that be developing new business with target clients in your market, building your own digital presence through social media, LinkedIn, phone calls & meetups, to sourcing the best candidates the market has to offer. You will build long-term relationships with both managers and candidates, ensuring a smooth and successful recruitment process for all parties, becoming the "go-to" recruiter within your specific market discipline.
