Marine Resources are currently recruiting for a number of Welder/Fabricator for a full time permanent position based in Avonmouth, Bristol.

This pivotal role involves a range of welding and fabrication duties that require precision and a dedication to quality. If you're ready to make significant contributions to exciting maritime projects and work alongside top professionals in the field, this opportunity is for you.

Execute welding operations based on detailed blueprints and engineering plans, using techniques such as MIG, TIG, stick, and flux-core welding.
Test and inspect materials and finished products to ensure they meet strict quality standards, and perform necessary repairs.
Adhere to all company safety policies and regulations, including consistent use of PPE.
Collaborate with a dynamic team, supporting and mentoring junior staff like apprentice welders.
Proven experience as a Welder/Fabricator, preferably in the ship repair or a related industrial sector.
Strong knowledge of different welding techniques and tools, and the properties of different metals.
AWS Certified Welder) are highly desirable.
Hourly rate: £17 - £19p/h with overtime at time and a half

Hours: 7 - 4:30 Monday - Friday
