About the Role:

In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in my client's global Offshore Wind Engineering department. As a Senior Geotechnical Engineer, you will:

Your Key Responsibilities:

As a Senior Geotechnical Engineer, you will:

  1. Undertake geotechnical design for offshore support structures, employing advanced numerical modelling techniques.
  2. Plan and interpret offshore geotechnical site surveys, ensuring accuracy and reliability of data.
  3. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on international projects, managing geotechnical aspects throughout the project lifecycle.
  4. Contribute to technical advancements and innovations in the field.
Your Qualifications

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • A Master's degree or PhD in civil engineering, with a focus on geotechnical engineering.
  • Several years of experience in geotechnical engineering, preferably in the offshore wind industry.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Matlab or Python (beneficial).
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
