  • Role: Business Manager
  • Specialism: Business Support - Commercial roles
  • Location: Oxford - Botley OX2 0JJ
  • Salary: OTE £45,000 to £55,000 per annum with car allowance + uncapped bonus

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and Inspire: Manage a small team of 360 Recruitment Consultants while running your own successful desk.
  • Drive Success: Increase profitability, meet targets, and grow your client base.
  • Be the Expert: Demonstrate recruitment expertise and set the standard for your team.
  • Innovate and Excel: Work within best practice guidelines, delivering top-notch service and building lasting professional relationships.
