Role Overview: As a Production Shift Manager, you'll be at the forefront of operations, overseeing the production process and ensuring seamless execution of production schedules. Lead and motivate a team of production staff to achieve production targets and quality standards.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise production schedules and resource allocation.

* Monitor production metrics and analyse data to drive operational efficiency.

* Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to team members.

Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a food manufacturing environment.
