Electronics Technician Role : Electronics Technician
This is a fantastic opportunity to work at the forefront of electronic innovation, supporting the development and manufacture of next-generation systems used in some of the most advanced defence technologies in the world.

Provide hands-on technical support to electronic design engineers, assisting with test, diagnostics, and fault-finding activities across analogue, digital, RF, and optical technologies.
• Support the design and manufacture of cutting-edge electronic subsystems — including missile computers, actuation systems, data links, telemetry systems, and seekers.
• Carry out testing, prototyping, qualification, trials, and acceptance activities in a state-of-the-art lab environment.
• Maintain accurate test documentation, contribute to data analysis, and support continuous improvement within production and development teams.
• HNC or equivalent qualification in an electrical or electronic discipline.
• Solid understanding of electronics fundamentals and applied mathematics.
• Practical experience with testing and fault-finding in a lab or production environment.
• Familiarity with analogue, digital, RF, and optical technologies.
• Confident communication and report writing skills.

Up to £2,500 company bonus (performance-based)
