The Role:
We're seeking an Internal Sales Account Manager to join our team, focusing on Thermal Management and electromechanical components. In this role, you'll be instrumental in nurturing existing client relationships, driving long-term business growth.

The Candidate:
Extensive experience in Sales/Account management
Strong customer orientation, adept at internal and external communication
Highly organised, capable of managing a demanding workload
Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
Excellent interpersonal skills and resilience in overcoming challenges

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Cultivate sales with assigned existing clients, serving as their primary contact
Foster and strengthen long-term client relationships
Identify key information to qualify strategic accounts
Analyse customer base to stimulate repeat and new sales
Negotiate with suppliers to ensure effective procurement
Manage multiple inquiries simultaneously, meeting deadlines
Provide technical support and promote product range
Conduct market research for strategic bidding
Maintain effective communication with clients and suppliers
Implement marketing strategies to drive business growth and brand visibility
Utilise CRM system for lead management and reporting
Handle inbound sales inquiries
Fulfil ad hoc duties as required by the management team
