My client is offering an excellent opportunity for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join their team on a locum Fixed Term Contract basis for a period of4 months. This role provides a chance to be part of a team known for delivering market-leading services to clients while working within a supportive and collaborative culture.

Responsibilities:
- Advise on the sales and purchases of various residential properties, including houses and flats, with a focus on high-value properties.
- Manage lender requirements for sales, purchases, and remortgage transactions.
- Assist with leasehold property issues related to both flats and houses.
- Provide accurate, prompt, realistic, and relevant advice in response to clients’ enquiries, managing their expectations effectively.
- Understand clients' requirements and work towards achieving their needs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Collaborate with the in-house marketing department to promote the Residential Property services and brand, actively converting enquiries into new matters.
- Engage in additional business development and marketing activities, including writing blogs, legal updates, and press releases, and participating in networking events.
- Ensure proper file management.
- Maintain accurate time recording.
- Complete billing within agreed timescales.
- Maintain confidentiality according to the firm's policies and procedures, handling confidential documents appropriately.
- Stay informed about changes in legislation and case law, conducting legal research as needed.
- Comply with legislation and company policies on equal opportunities and health and safety in service delivery and interactions.
- Identify and pursue necessary training and development to meet personal, regulatory, and business needs.
- Perform other reasonable duties to ensure the efficient operation of the firm.

Who Am I Looking For:
The ideal candidate is an experienced locum Residentail Property Solicitor or experienced Residentail Property Solicitor seeking a 4 month Fixed term contract. Candidates must have excellent knowledge of all areas of residential property law and experience providing high-quality advice in a leading residential property team. The role requires a qualified solicitor with strong experience from a national or leading regional firm handling top-quality residential property work.
