Role: Conveyancing Paralegal

Location: North London

Salary: £25k-£30k

My client is at an medium sized firm that is based in North London. The firm is currently looking to hire a paralegal to join their busy Residential Conveyancing Team due to the team constantly growing and becoming so busy.

The day-to-day tasks to be carried out in this role will include tasks such as sending quotes, opening files, contract packs and AML checks. Therefore, my client is looking for someone who has had around 2-years experience within conveyancing, has had experience of the whole process from start to finish, as well as some experience in post completion.

My client is looking for a confident, friendly and hard working individual to join and support the team on their heavy workload who they can further support and train into becoming a solicitor. This is a full-time office role which offers great opportunities, allowing you to work one to one with experienced and highly trained Solicitors in a fast-paced yet friendly environment, allowing you to develop your skills further and gain great exposure.

Requirements

A degree from a UK University (2:1 and above).

At least one year working in conveyancing at a firm in England.

Experience using case management systems.

Ambitious and hardworking attitude.
