As a Warehouse Operations Manager at Uniserve Group, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the efficient and effective operations of our Felixstowe warehouse. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the warehouse, from inventory control and process improvement to team development and client relations.

Design, implement, and maintain effective warehouse processes and procedures to ensure optimal efficiency and accuracy.
Develop and implement performance management and benchmarking tools to measure and improve warehouse performance.
Collect, analyse, and report on warehouse data to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and quality regulations.
Manage and develop the stock control and warehouse supervisor teams.
Investigate and address any issues or problems that arise within the warehouse.

5 years management experience, previous 3PL or FMCG
~ Proven experience in warehouse management, preferably in a multi-client, multi-temperature environment.
~ Proficiency in IT systems and software.
