The team are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Lead to enhance user acquisition. You’ll manage the paid media channels and work with the team and agency to optimise campaigns.


Your key skills:


  • 2+ years’ experience managing a multi-channel performance marketing strategy
  • Specific expertise with user acquisition for a B2C mobile app is essential
  • You excel in managing agencies and scaling campaigns across a range of channels internationally, especially paid social (Meta and TikTok)
  • You have advanced expertise in campaign tracking, measurement, and optimization through the use of the core platforms in our tech stack, including Appsflyer, Mixpanel, and Google Analytics
  • You have a thorough understanding of all regulations and best practices associated with digital marketing (e.g., SKAN, Google Consent Mode, Sandbox privacy policy requirements)
  • Bonus points if you have specific experience in the health and wellness vertical


Requirements:


  • 2+ years in multi-channel performance marketing
  • Expertise in B2C mobile app user acquisition
  • Skilled in managing agencies and scaling campaigns, especially on social media
  • Proficient in campaign tracking and optimization tools (Appsflyer, Mixpanel, Google Analytics)
  • Knowledge of digital marketing regulations
