Summary:

We are seeking an experience Account Manager to join our dynamic team at Plan b, a highly successful business and IT technology services and consultancy organisation. As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and nurturing client relationships, driving business growth, and delivering exceptional consulting services. Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, serving as their primary point of contact. Understand client needs, identify opportunities for business growth, and provide tailored solutions to address their challenges.

Business Development: Actively seek out new business opportunities by prospecting and networking with existing and new logo clients to expand our service offerings and market share

Consultative Selling: Engage clients in consultative discussions to understand their business objectives and challenges. Present and articulate the value proposition of our IT services and consultancy, demonstrating how they can address client needs and drive business outcomes.

Project Management: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery, adhering to timelines, budgets, and client expectations. Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to effectively communicate project requirements, milestones, and progress.

Account Growth and Retention: Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our IT and consultancy services to existing clients. Develop account growth plans and strategies to maximize client retention and increase revenue.

Market Research and Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape. Conduct research and analysis to identify potential target industries, clients, and emerging business opportunities.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including consultants, technical experts, and project managers, to deliver integrated solutions that meet client needs. Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment.


Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus


Experience:

At least 2-3 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably within a business and IT technology consultancy or related industry. Demonstrated success in account management, business development, or sales.


Knowledge: Strong understanding of business and IT technology consulting principles and methodologies. Familiarity with industry trends, emerging technologies, and their applications in various business domains.


Relationship Building: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and rapport with clients. Proven ability to manage client expectations and deliver exceptional customer service.


Business Acumen: Solid business acumen with the ability to understand client needs, identify opportunities, and propose tailored solutions that align with their strategic goals.


Results-oriented: Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving targets and driving revenue growth. Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.


Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. Willingness to share knowledge, support colleagues, and contribute to a positive team culture.
