Recruitment Consultant (Casual Team)

£28 - £30k basic & Generous uncapped commission structure (OTE £50k+)

As a Hospitality Recruitment Consultant working on the Front of House Casual desk, you will play a pivotal role in placing teams of casual staff with our diverse portfolio of hospitality clients. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and presenting qualified candidates to fill a range of shifts across various sectors within the hospitality industry. Your ability to build strong relationships, understand client needs, and navigate the recruitment process will be essential to your success in this role.

About the role:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications & skills.
  • Manage teams of casual staff and the associated bookings
  • Build and maintain relationships with both clients and candidates to ensure long-term satisfaction and success.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and best practices


About you:

  • Previous recruitment experience is useful but not essential
  • Previous experience in within the hospitality industry however is essential.
  • Strong understanding of hospitality roles, functions, and requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage at all levels.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets and goals.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
