Our client is seeking an interim Head of Architecture to lead their technical efforts in the field of generative AI and Machine Learning. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of advanced GenerativeAI architectures, frameworks, and algorithms, along with a proven track record of leading successful technical teams in the development of innovative AI solutions. As the Head of Architecture, you will play a critical role in shaping the technical direction of AI initiatives, driving innovation, and ensuring the scalability, reliability, and performance of GenerativeAI platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and guidance in the design and development of advanced GenAI architectures and solutions.
- Define and evolve the architecture of GenerativeAI and machine learning platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives, scalability, and performance requirements.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in GenAI research and technology trends, and leverage this knowledge to drive innovation and continuous improvement in AI solutions.
- Lead and mentor a team of AI Architects and Engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
- Drive best practices in AI development, including code quality, documentation, testing, and deployment processes, to ensure the delivery of high-quality, reliable, and scalable AI solutions.
- Contribute to the development of the company's GenAI strategy and roadmap, identifying key opportunities for growth and differentiation in the market.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including executives, customers, and partners, to communicate technical vision, gather feedback, and drive alignment on strategic initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Master's or Ph.D. in computer science, artificial intelligence, machine learning, or a related field.
- Experience in designing and implementing complex AI architectures, including deep learning, reinforcement learning, and other generative AI techniques. Proficiency in AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams in the development of AI solutions, with strong team-building, mentoring, and coaching skills.
- Creative thinker with a passion for pushing the boundaries of AI technology and driving innovation in the field.
- Strong understanding of business and market dynamics, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and drive strategic initiatives.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
